Visited for the first time. Monique was very friendly and explained all the choices available. We ended up ordering a 4 pack, going with 2 Firecracker (s’mores), a Pink Elephant (strawberry cheesecake), and a Good Luv (Red Velvet Oreo). All were delicious. Definitely follow the recommendation to heat them up, even tastier! They provide instructions on the box, which is helpful! Will definitely visit again to satisfy a sweet tooth!

Mika helped us and was great! I didn't know this place existed as I never come to this theater. I loved cookie plus as soon as I walked in! The atmosphere, cookies and all! I will definitely be back!

Og chocolate chip is so good and prices are great for what you get, all the servers were very nice and helpful. not sure why the bad reviews. They took the time to explain how the pricing worked, deals, QR codes with examples of the cookies for display. It made everything so easy and convinient, I absolutely love the style of everything of everything. Definitely coming back to try their ice cream sandwhiches.

My first time here was to redeem a birthday reward (and iced up phattie … aka ice cream sandwich). The cookie flavors for my iced up phattie were the Bam Bam and the pistachio cookie from their secret stash menu. The cashier was amazing, I appreciate workers working hard to relay correct information to their customers. The cashier called management a few times to make sure she did everything correctly and that I had the best experience. She also raved about the cookies themselves so I’m excited to come back and try the flavors she recommended! I only wish I was able to order my iced up phattie on the app. If you love hip-hop culture and sweets like I do, you’ll definitely love this place! Just remember, they don’t accept cash (I saw the sign on the wall next to the register and thought that was so interesting)

Cookie Plug came THROUGH with the birthday cake cookie! The cookie was huge, decorated perfectly, and tasted even better than it looked. Super soft, thick, and packed with flavor — everybody at the party was talking about it. If you haven’t tried their custom cake cookies, you are seriously missing out.

I was extremely impressed with the variety of cookies offered. They are all so delicious, it’s hard to pick a favorite one. The cookies are unique and taste exactly as described. They are my new favorite cookie store! I wish we had one in the Hanford area.
